Have you ever take Monistat and had it burn like hell?

I feel like more women should know about this side effect. I have a pretty good pain tolerance and I couldn’t stand it. I had to jump in the shower to try and get as much of it off as I can.

Yep the 1 day and 3 day always burns so bad. The 7 day treatment is a lot more tolerable, but also more annoying 🤣

It happens more often with that super high one time dose Monistat. A lot of women can’t tolerate that; otherwise if it’s a regular Monistat-7 dose, if it’s burning it’s likely an allergic reaction. Take Benadryl and don’t use it again. Call your MD and ask them to call in diflucan to the pharmacy.

Yup! It burns so badly for me that it'll wake me up in the middle of the night. I refuse to take it and go to the doctor for a pill instead.

Yes I usually do the 1 day and it gets way worse before it gets better. I’m going to stop using that one because that area is out of commission for way more than one day. It is definitely not worth it. Luckily I don’t get yeast infections too often.
