Hi ladies, i am currently 21 years old, I’ve had this lump on my breast for over 2 years now,

Reason i haven’t gone to the doctor is honestly because i have no health insurance and i do not have the money to go to a doctor right now,

Also when i first got it and as time went by whenever I’d bring it up to a friend or anyone i trusted they’d say it looked just like a pimple or something. However it’s been two years or maybe more and it’s still there, it’s kinda just like a lump to me no head and no way of popping it, it kind of concerns me if anyone could tell me what they think it is or their opinions it would really help i don’t know what to do 😢🥺

(In the picture i provide it looks red because i try to pinch it and get rid of it see if it pops but nothing happens no matter how much pressure i apply it’s just a hard lump)
