Breastfeeding
We are ebf and when my LO is done feeding I typically pump for a little bit after words to "empty out what's left"
recently I've had very sharp throbbing pains in my breasts inbetween feeding/pumping sessions, is this normal? I'm about 4 weeks pp and I'm not sure if that's just the way it feels when my body is producing more milk or if it's something I should be concerned about.
