Best diaper cream ?

My 6 month old has a rash. And she’s also teething, I’ve been using destin but I haven’t noticed a difference yet

We were told to use baby oil on cotton ball to clean bottom instead of wipes when there was diaper rash. Fan tushy with diaper, and apply a good amount of butt paste or whatever you us. We tried everything first, and this method we saw dramatic improvements within a day and a half

I used triple paste long ago for my son. I'll use it for this baby too. Unless I find something better but I remember it being medicated.

I’ve found a &d works the best. The way our pediatrician explained it was that things like desitin only block out moisture same as Vaseline. Stuff like a & d blocks moisture PLUS heals.
