Finally got a positive but I'm scared!

After trying for a year, and having a miscarriage within Days of finding out we were pregnant. A year later we are finally pregnant again, I'm afraid to tell anyone even my husband because of what happened last time. 4 days after having a positive test I had a miscarriage. I'm not sure what to do!
