Worried

I'm 23 weeks pregnant. My baby boy is usually extremely active. The last two days he hasn't been as active. On Tuesday of last week I went to the doc for headaches and vision issues. My blood pressure was high so they had me do a 24 hour urine test and blood work. With the holidays, I haven't gotten any results. I am of course worried, but what should I do? If I go to the ER, will I get charged an arm and a leg?
