2 periods in one month ?!

Hey y’all! So I’m 5 months postpartum with my 2nd baby. Got my period back the following month after he was born as he was formula fed, nursing did not work for us. Anyway got back on my birth control which I’ve been on for our 5 year marriage except for when I was pregnant obviously lol everything was ok until around Christmas 2020 when I got my period like normal but have had it about 4 times since then! It literally kept showing up every 2 weeks like clock work! I’m now on my 2 week of pills so we will see what happens this time. Going to make a call to get checked out but just wanted to see if any of you experienced this & what was the cause. Thanks!
