Don’t know what to do

Saturday morning I woke up in pain with a 103.3 fever I rushed to to hospital when I got there of course they asked about COVID but I was in so much pain they knew it had to be an infection or something my heart rate was 145 and my body keep going numb I was so dizzy and felt so out of it after running test and hours or trying to break my fever which didn’t break until yesterday they found of my small intestine is inflamed they gave me antibiotics and told me to follow up with a GI doctor but I have a 5 month at home so coming home to him as been very challenging I’m supper sleep I don’t have no energy I keep getting dizzy stomach pain body numbness scarring me I keep telling my husband I can’t take care the baby like he need to be taken care he’s a truck driver so he’s on the road all he keep telling me let him cry it’s not just him crying I’m having a hard time picking him up feeding him changing him I keep having random episodes of crying because I don’t know what to do I feel bad
