Hair pulling

Any breastfeeding moms have issues with hair pulling? My LO is 13 months old and is absolutely obsessed with pulling my hair. She pulls it when nursing, when falling asleep,when she is upset, when she is playing. Its her comfort item. But I can't stand the hair pulling. So before I chop my hair to a pixie or shave my head does anyone have advice ? I've tried to redirect with toys, saying no, putting her down when she does it. Putting my hair up but all of these efforts distress her and she will scream and cry tears.
