Breastfeeding Rash? See Pic

So I've been EBF my 3 month old and the past 3ish weeks I've developed this itchy, scaly, bumpy section of skin on my right upper topside breast toward my shoulder/armpit. Then a week later another one appeared, much larger an area, on my left breast to the left side (see photo). The areas itch a lot, usually only while I am breastfeeding or pumping. These are the areas I apply the most pressure when I manually express/help bring down my milk. Any ideas what this could be?
