Hey guys! I am 7 weeks pregnant. I have struggled with anxiety for years. A couple weeks before I found out I was pregnant, I was prescribed sertraline 25mg. I decided to take it for the first time last Friday, again on Saturday. Saturday night I felt like I was DYING. I ended up going to the ER where they treated me for anxiety and nausea. I used to take Xanax for my panic attacks but was told I can no longer take that while pregnant. I stopped the sertraline.

I NEED any tips anyone has for anxiety while pregnant. Benadryl is not working. Zzzquil at night is not working.
