Who does my baby look like (please do a judge me)

So basically I got pregnant in February (found out in March). Throughout February I had sex with “A” (including during my ovulation time) but I did go over to “B’s” February 8 but I don’t remember sleeping with him but one time in January. “A” is who I believe the father is but due to the mental and emotional trauma that “A” gave I second guess and obbsess over my son’s parentage. I have filed for child support but it takes forever to get the paternity test done and A and I are no contact due to a court order (A tried to use the law to harass me while I was pregnant and falsified information and my lawyer asked for mutual no contact for a healthy pregnancy). I am currently seeking therapy but I just wanna know if you think my baby boy looks more like A or B
