Getting a divorce soon advise pls

Im currently at my parents house and I want to divorce my husband of two years. I know how toxic our relationship has been but unfortunately I love this man very much and he’s all I’ve known for almost 4 years. I know I have to somehow move forward but I’m so tempted to just talk to him how do I not fall for his words again? Being in lockdown is not helping and I’ve drifted away from my friends over the years. I feel so lonely right now!

Btw we have a 1 year old girl together too.
