Bleeding and Confused

Hello Ladies! So I found out I am pregnant on Saturday because I had blazing positives on 5 different tests at home (one being a digital, pictured here)

, but that night I started spotting and the next morning I decided to go to the doctor because it was getting a bit heavier and the blood was still brown. The doctor took a Urine test which came out COMPLETELY negative, but the blood test came back at a level of 50. But I just assumed I was miscarrying. The blood has turned red but it’s almost like a mild period and no clots and this morning I took another at-home test and it came back way darker than saturday. I went to the OBGYN and they took another blood test but I won’t get the results until tomorrow. I have almost no cramping anymore and this is just confusing.
