How are your C- section stitches?

Hi mommas,

I am curious and concerned about my C section stitches. With my first baby i had no stitches showing on the outer skin, where as now with 2nd pregnancy and im 14 days after C section, my skin overhangs and i been putting dressing in the fold to keep it dry (very carefully) but i have stitches sticking out on both ends of the incision and dont know when they are gonna fall off. I am even thinking to cut the long sticking bits out. Dont know what to do. Anyone with same or similar experience?
