Help?! Nonstop breastfeeding

Question

My boy has woken up and breastfed for 45 mins nonstop (active latching and feeding). He then sleeps for 15-30 mins and then wakes up screaming and wants to eat again. He has now eaten 3 times in 4 hours. I feel like I have nothing left to give him. I feel completely empty and no more milk is coming out. He definitely got milk the first 2 times as I was very full and know he got plenty. What do I do when I know he wants more milk but I have nothing left? He has been crying nonstop until he gets milk. Of course it’s my husbands first day back at work so I took the night shift, haven’t slept, and I feel like I am going crazy. Please help.
*Edit- my baby is 3 weeks old.

Mama, you definitely have milk. How old is babe? What he is doing is called cluster feeding, it’s biologically normal, typically it means baby is going through a big growth spurt either physically or mentally. Cluster feeding, while it can be frustrating, is actually beneficial for both you & baby! It helps baby tell your body to make more milk which helps your supply, it increases skin to skin time & allows for even more communication between babes saliva & your glands which tells your body exactly what nutrients baby is needing in that milk. 
I know it’s frustrating mama, stuck through it. Your body is constantly making milk so you’re never really out.

And downloading an app called the wonder weeks. It will help you determine babies physical & mental leaps and attribute cluster feeding to that sort of growth or developmental leap.

D’s comment above pretty much covers it but i just wanted to chime in with emotional support. i went through this for 2 days with my baby and i thought i was going to lose my mind! it’s so hard. i was ready to quit. thankfully it DOES end, your baby won’t be cluster feeding forever! hang in there mama, just focus on breastfeeding right now, chores can wait. ask for help wherever you can, and know that there is light at the end of the tunnel!

Cluster feeding for sure! It can feel like a nightmare but totally normal. Try and research the growth spurts to be able to have a heads up for the next one. They are a little nerve wracking but help the baby boost your supply to keep up with their growth spurts.
