8 week ultrasound worry

Can anyone tell me how their 8 week ultrasound went? I don’t know if my ultrasound was normal but we didn’t talk the whole time, and then she showed me the screen of the baby and I saw a flicker in the middle where the heart would be and I asked “is that the heartbeat” and she said “I would think so”. But she did give me ultrasound photos, which I have never received before with my other losses, so I am not sure if that is a good thing. She said she couldn’t tell me anything but that my doctor would call me in the next few days to go over it. I did catch a glimpse of the screen and it said “ 7 weeks 3 days” so I’m not sure if that means I’m measuring behind what I thought, since I thought today I was 8 weeks 2 days. I’m just so anxious from all my previous losses. I don’t know how to feel since she couldn’t tell me anything at all. She showed me the paper when she handed it to me and pointed out arms and legs, but I am so worried since she never said anything about the heartbeat, and her response was strange when I asked.
