Irish twins!

Hi ladies!!! 8 w 3 d here with my 3rd child! My second was born 09/24/20 and I am due with this peanut 09/20/21!!! We are shocked but super excited and I’m trying to come up with a cute announcement idea...since they are “Irish Twins” being born less than 12 months apart!!! Any ideas would help! I figure I will hit the 12 week mark in March so it would be very cute with St. Patrick’s day but I’m not getting any great ideas online. You ladies rock and thank you in advance for any ideas!
