Lifting my son after FET

Hello! I just had a frozen embryo transfer today and have been laying low all day while my husband takes care of our 16 month old. My husband has to go back to work tomorrow so I will be taking care of my son alone all day. My doctor said to take it easy for a couple days so now I’m worried because my toddler definitely will not allow that! I unfortunately don’t have anyone to come help out. Did anyone resume normal activities the following day after a frozen transfer and get a BFP? Thanks!
