Discharge during ovulation

I had my period a couple weeks ago and i am currently on cycle day 17. But things seem weird with this cycle, i am experiencing an unusual amount of clear discharge, whenever i wipe its like it nearly fills up the whole tissue. Yesterday i went to wipe and I noticed some light blood on the tissue but I believe i was ovulating at this time but this has never happened before.?

Also i am experiencing a bad odour down there it just keeps suddenly coming, I keep wiping down with a wash rag but the smell comes back within a couple hours with discharge. I wiped to smell my vagina but I realised my vagina has no smell, but my discharge on my underwear is the issue and has a bad smell. Can someone explain ? Last month i took some antibiotics for bv and i think it worked, but im having doubts now because this odour keeps coming back
