Missed period

So my last period was December 14-18 and it was a normal period after 2 months of having my period super light and for about 1 and a half weeks. It’s now February 10 and I have yet to start my period. I’ve gone through the cramping stage and nothing. I took one pregnancy test and it came out negative about 2 weeks ago.. should I take one more before seeing my dr?
