10 DPO and spotting :/
So I'm 10 DPO had sore nipples which I've never gotten when I'm getting my period, felt nauseous today and then this evening started spotting. I'm really hoping this isn't the start of my period. I'm honestly going to be so heartbroken 💔 Has anybody spotted during this time and still got pregnant?
