First break up and sex with someone new...

My boyfriend of a year broke up with me a few days ago. We spit on great terms. I just still love him so much. The last couple days I’ve been talking to new guys. Idk why I started talking to them again so fast. I don’t even feel interested in them. I was going to meet a local guy next week for some no strings or feelings attached sex. I just told him that I changed my mind because I just don’t feel ready. He is of course pissed, but oh well. Why am I pushing myself to move on to someone new so quickly?! I can’t even understand my own idiotic acts right now.
