Is this jealousy and how to deal with it

Me and my husband just had a new baby girl and my son's behavior has changed. He's six and has been acting more like a baby lately. He started sucking his thumb again and wetting the bed. He also has been crying a lot over things he wouldn't normally cry about. If I say I'm gonna feed the baby he will say "What about me mommy! Im hungry too!" And throw a fit. He doesn't really have temper tantrums. It only started after his sister was born. How can I fix this behavior?
