Frustrated

So on Feb 4th I had light spotting and no af came and then on the 12th I started light bleeding and until today but it’s not enough to fill a pad or a tampon. I’m so confused as if maybe I could of ovulated later then usually it I was also on clomid from cycle day 5-9 100mg. I didn’t get to take clomid this month so my doctor said we can start the 150mg next month. I have tested negative three times and have had negative ovulation test. I been off bc for a year and a half and my af had been regular until now
