Nose piercing bump

I had my nose piercing for about 4 months, not that long ago I got hit In The nose on accident so I formed a bump on top of my nose piercing hold. It started to go away but then the bump got infected again. Right now it’s going away but the bump is still there on top of my piercing hole. I been using warm salt water soaks but I feel like it’s not working, I still get crust and today some skin came off of it , is there anyway I can make it permanently go away?
