PH balance ? Yeast infection ?

I recently lost my virginity and since i’m on birth control (nexplanon) and only have flavored condoms we haven’t been using them and haven’t been pulling out. I know that he can throw off my natural ph and give a yeast infection which i’m starting to suspect. I noticed an itchiness but i also haven’t been producing as much discharge as usual so i can’t tell for sure. There isn’t a smell just an itch and a dryness. I also have really sensitive skin so it may be an allergy
