I just had a sharp pain shoot up through my stomach . Could it be ligament pain?

I get this sometimes, I explain it like it feels as though my baby is pulling on my belly button and I feel it all the way down, I had it with all 3 of my pregnancies, I don’t think it’s any cause for concern as I was told it’s just baby laying weird on a nerve lol.
