If your in a relationship, what do you do about a work crush? 
Don’t say you shouldn’t have a work crush, attraction is normal as we are all still human.

I’d probably leave my fiancé actually. Something is very wrong if I like someone else. At least for me personally, I have only ever liked and been committed to one person at a time. Having a crush on someone else is not normal for me

I enjoy but ignore the crush. Crushes happen, but I am not going to make a big deal or let it be obvious at all. I'm not going to flirt or anything if in a monogamous relationship- because I don't want any trouble. 
But, it's not a big deal. I can focus on my relationship, because I am a lot more loyalty to something with substance rather than a fun little fantasy. Fantasies are often better as fantasies anyway!

I feel like there is a huge difference between ATTRACTION and a CRUSH. I’ve never had a crush on another person since starting my current relationship (10 years). Can I recognize when someone else of either gender is attractive? Sure, but that doesn’t mean I have a crush on them. 
The definition of a crush is “a brief but intense infatuation for someone, especially someone unattainable or inappropriate.”
