How many naps does your two year old take a day?

Also comment how long! My two year old either naps once a day for an hour or so, or none at all, and I feel like she's sleep depriving herself.

I let my two year old  play all morning, then around 12:30 pm or 1 pm I put him down after he eats. And he sleeps until about 3:45 pm or 4. Routine is super important for toddlers.

My 2 year old son takes a nap daily from 12/12:30pm until 2/3pm
There are some days when he refuses to nap (like right now 🤦🏻‍♀️) but he lays in his crib for at least an hour. If he’s not crying I leave him there so he can at least rest with no distractions. My son definitely still needs naps/rest time. The days he doesn’t get anything at all he’s a wreck and turns mean then needs to go to bed at like 6pm which is way to early

My 2 yr old sleeps for 2-3 hours goes down at 12:30pm. She wakes up about 7:30 - 8am and her bed time is 7:30pm!

My advice: hang in there and be consistent and insistent about schedule. My super active boy tried to drop nap at 2 and again at 3. But he was super grumpy and temperamental without enough sleep so I insisted. Even if he didn’t sleep, I’d let him just hang out quietly tossing around in his bed for an hour or so. Both phases of fighting nap were temporary, just a couple weeks and then he went back to 1.5-2 hour naps. At 3.5 he’s still napping that long every day. 
Side note: We love our okay to wake light. I have the Hatch Rest programmer for nap and bedtime. He might argue with me but the light is the light and if it’s green we get up, if it’s red we stop and rest. It’s non negotiable and he accepted that pretty quickly.
I have a friend who has been similarly strict. Her 5 year old still naps almost every day. She was the example I followed, her son is also very high energy and neither of our boys were ever good sleepers. Her schedule is king though and she has never minded ending the fun and heading home for nap. Some moms prefer flexibility and just drop the nap. Both work out okay for toddlers, it’s just sorta up to you.
One other thing, my MIL always tells me how even if her boys didn’t nap she always did quiet time after lunch, even on weekends and summer days after they were both in elementary school. She said they often wound up taking short naps but they were always expected to lay there quietly in the dark and rest their body’s for at least 30 minutes - 1 hour.

My son cut out naps on his own around 2 years old  now if he naps at all he's up until like midnight or later so we try to skip them (he's 3) my foster child is 2 and naps like 2 hours every day

My son just turned 4 and stopped napping recently. At 2 he was still napping once daily for 2-3 hours. He's always been a short night sleep though, only 9-10 hours at night usually.

My son started testing out dropping his nap  right after he turned 2.  By 26 months he was skipping the nap more often than having one.  Now at 28 months, he doesn’t nap.  He sleeps better at night and overall, he is in a better mood throughout.  
I know this is the opposite of what most people consider as normal and I do wish he would nap(more for myself to have some time) but he seems to be doing better without it.
