Ultra sound results - can anyone explain the soft markers they noted?

My ultra sound results came in today and I am freaking out.  I have a follow up doctors appointment on Friday and will get clarification then but does anyone have experience with these showing up and going on to have a healthy baby?
I had genetic testing done in my first trimester and nothing came back as a red flag, they said everything was looking good.  I have one other daughter and no genetic issues and none run in our family on either side.

I’m a sonographer, and it looks like the only soft marker found was the echogenjc foci in the heart. Like it states, it can be a soft marker for aneuploidy, but yes, it is also quite common in normal babes. I’ll just say, if baby had any obvious chromosomal abnormality, like aneuploidy, the echogenjc foci would not be the only abnormality found, and other abnormalities would have also been stated in the report.

It can be a marker for aneuploidy, (which Down’s syndrome is an example of aneuploidy).But it’s considered normal if nothing else is associated with DS, and nothing else is based on ur ultrasound and ur nipt test so I think everything is just fine.

The ones they checked are the ones listed on the bottom but the one baby has is in the heart but as noted in the impression many babies have it but don’t have any issues.
My cousin’s son had the same soft marker. They did more ultrasounds as the pregnancy progressed and he was checked by a pediatric cardiologist at birth and later when he was 2. He just turned 4 and is perfectly fine. Good luck!!

So i think the fetal soft marker that states echogenic left ventricle is heart related

If there was an abnormality it would be noted in the impression! That’s all I know haha sorry
