Period gone!!

I started spotting 4-5 days early this month. Then had light to medium period for three days then just spotting yesterday. Period gone!!! No cramps or sore boobs before any of this or after. Eating junk and very tired. Had minor sore breast for like 10 mins the day I ovulate which was on the 4th. I’m completely confused on what is going on. Going to start LH testing again. Doctor told me to try for a year then will see my next options. I thought maybe I was pregnant but nope got a negative result. I’m so frustrated and sad.
