I know this might be a dumb question but how do you guys shower

I have a very clingy toddler he’s one he cries as soon as I go into another room so I struggle doing anything

I have nobody else to take care of him and my partner works all night he helps during the day a lot but sometimes I want to be able to shower when I want to

so my question is how do you moms shower and stuff on your own ? Is it bad to let them cry it out ? Idk what to do anymore
