How to know if baby is still hungry or full?

Question

My daughter just turned one and she just eats and eats lol. She never acts full. I fed her dinner tonight and she didn’t act full so I kept feeding her. Then during bath I noticed her stomach was rock hard and REALLY full. 
Should I just keep letting her eat if she’ll eat? Or is there a stopping point? Lol. First time mom and new with this since she just turned one.

My son could graze all day. He loves food. But sometimes they aren't hungry and other times they are,  you gotta know cues or teach them.
It's important to set meal times and snack stuff and how much they eat. 
Obviously not over feeding them, having a balance between nutrition ect ect
In France, where I grew up all kids would grow up the same in the family.
So I give my son a fair amount of food for meal times
- to start with, if he finishes it I offer water or milk. If he wants more food I give it to him, if he's just picking at it or throwing it. I say okay we are done. And put it away
I have a set snack times and what they are 
- 2 activa smoothies with a cookie 
- pizza bagels ( bagles. Maranara, chz, microwave 30 secs and cut it up)
- ham and chz taco 
- cream chz with lox 
- hummus with pita bread 
- food pouches (organic)
I repeat it throughout the day.

My daughter is about to be one & exactly the same lol! She will eat anything & everything. Her pediatrician gave us the ok to keep feeding her if she’ll eat it. Just like you wouldn’t force food if they aren’t hungry. They aren’t gonna starve themselves & most will refuse food when full full -at lease mine will slow down & just pick at what’s left when she’s done😂
