Spotting or period
So I’m not sure if I am spotting or if my period has started. I got the IUD about 2 weeks ago now. I was spotting for a while now it’s a bit heavier. But I don’t know how to log it?? Is there a way to tell the difference between just spotting or period?? I know that the IUD can cause a lot of spotting or bleeding.
