Miscarriage

I just had my first miscarriage two days ago . I would like advice how people healed and dealt with it ? And when did they start again to try to get pregnant ? I hear you supppse to wait 3 months. Other says 6 months . Some say as soon as possible is better since there better chance of it not resulting in another miscarriage . I want your guy opinions to when would be a good and safe time to try and get pregnant again and how did you cope with the lost .
