Formula for newborn

Hi, this is my second baby but things just don't seem to be coming to me like with my first 😅 I'm constantly second guessing myself and worrying about how I'm doing things.

My question is how much formula should a newborn be getting?? She is almost a month old and she just constantly seems hungry!!

I make her a 3oz bottle and she'll eat about 2-2.5oz then fall asleep and wake up 1-1.5 hours later, finish that bottle, then act like shes just starving! Sometimes she will eat the full 3oz and still act like shes hungry! I try to get her to eat every 3-4 hours, but it seems like she wants to eat every 2-2.5...

Any tips on getting her full (no rice or cereal)? Should I give her 4oz and see? I guess it just seems like a lot for a newborn... Also she is gaining weight! She went from 6lbs 10oz to 7lbs 8oz in 1.5 weeks. Thank yall!
