Best time to have sex using basal temp and ovulation strips?
Hi. This cycle my temperature dipped around day 11-12 but I didn’t get a strong bold positive ovulation test until day 13, and in day 13 my temp went up more than usual. We had sex on day 10-13-14-15. Do you think I missed the egg drop? I think day 12 was the best day to have sex because my sex drive was thru the roof. Can someone explain how to use basal temp and strips? After all the googling I still don’t truly understand. Thanks
