5 week ultrasound

Hi All! I just had my first ultrasound today and we could only see the gestational sac and yolk sac. The technician said that she doesn’t see an embryo yet but it’s because I’m so early and she said a lot of times she doesn’t even see the yolk sac at this stage. Has anyone had an ultrasound at 5 weeks and been told the same?

My doctor told me he isn’t worried and would see me again at 8 weeks but I did mention I feel nervous about not seeing the embryo and he said for me to come back next week if it would make me feel better because he doesn’t want me worrying. Am I crazy? Lol... This is my first pregnancy so I’m just unsure about a lot of things.
