Could I be pregnant

So my first obgyn apt is this Wed. I haven't have a cycle since 10-13-15. Ive had all preg symptoms from spotting very very lite, nausea, sore breasts, urinating alot, and to missed cycle. The app says Im 6wks n 6 days took a hpt.........got a vvfl. So I will get my first ultrasound done this Thursday. Fingers crossed and I need baby dust thrown this way☺️🙃😊😄😄. Its been 10 yrs since Ive last had a child. There's a catch, I have one tube, and had 5 out that one tube. Had it tied After my last child which is 10 now. I do believe in miracles. Please, any input ( positive )
