Breasts no longer sore?

Hello all. I am 4 wks + 3 days and started to notice today that my breasts are no longer sore. The last week that had been so tender I could hardly tolerate it, and today they don’t seem to be bothering me. I have no cramping or bleeding but since my tender breasts were my only symptom, I am worried something is wrong. Am I overreacting? Is this normal? Or should I contact my doctor? Please help.
