Birth control

Im on the depo shot and lately my stomach been hurting like crazy these last two months . I haven’t been bleeding but i do have brownish discharge . My breast be sore sometimes and im becoming very moody i cry about every single thing or get angry . I can sleep all day if my mom lets me i do have sex every time i have an opening when i don’t have the discharge then as i do then the discharge comes back within 24 hours can somebody please tell me whats going on with me
