Growth spurt ?

My 1 month old has woke up at 3:30am and has been up since. She has taken naps in between, lasting for about 20-30min. Every time I’ve fed her she’s fine one minute and the next minute she’s pulling away but then she’s uncontrollably crying looking for the boob. And as she’s eating she grunts and cries to the point of her face turning reddish. She’s also been fussy. If she’s not being fed she wants to be held. Can this be due to growth spurt? Is this normal behavior for her age? Just worried that she’s not getting the sleep that she needs for her development. Is there anything that I can do?
