I Messed Up

What should I do if I royally messed up in my relationship? We aren't completely public yet, but I freaked out and acted like a crazy bitch when his ex came into town. He felt very isolated and I made her feel very weird, which makes me feel awful cause they are just friends and I have nothing to worry about. I am so scared that I messed everything up and our relationship is still very new but very private.
