What do you do when you graduate move to a whole new city how do you do it?

I understand now how stay at home moms feel isolated it's hard to see people shopping in the store no one really talks to strangers I'm wondering how do people get accustomed to a new city?

I feel like Facebook is everyone's anchor has friends from elementary, middle school, highschool college but what happens if you lost contact grew apart how do you meet new people
