Does anyone not experience the midday crash? If so, what’s helping you?

I’ve learned that I generally would really benefit from a nap early/late afternoon. My body tanks to where I feel like I could fall asleep standing. I don’t know why. I don’t get GREAT sleep but not horrible either. If it’s mainly sleep then maybe I can try to work on that but it’s random things like I wake up on the middle of the night or my kids do. I wake up at 5am every day. So by 2/3 I’m DONE, but obviously have to power through.
