My son rarely talked at his 18m appointment. I mean, he said maybe one or two words every couple of weeks.Now? All of a sudden we're at 45 words and most of them he has learned in the last two weeks. He still babbles 95% of the time. It WILL happen! Especially when you least expect it.
For all the mommas worried about their kiddos who haven’t started speaking yet... this is a perfect reminder 💚💜

It will! His doctor was talking about speech therapy in June and now she's determined he doesn't need it but will refer if we ever feel its necessary. Babies do what they want when they want to! He couldn't chew table foods until he was almost 14m and we started working on it at 7m. Just keep working on it and know it WILL happen!
