I need ANSWERS is this implantation or period

I have a 9 month old and I’m not looking to having another baby right now but I’ve been nauseous for 2 days I’m supposed to start my period in 3 and this is what looks like when I wipe. I thought I was starting my Period so I put a tampon in and it was time to change and there was hardly anything on it. But what was on it was bright red.
