HELP ME PLSSSS

Does anyone have the slightest idea what this could be?

It’s in my crotch area, it’s super itchy ( it’s not an std cause my partner is completely okay). I’m currently on my period if that’s any help. I’ve put eczema cream on it. I was sat in bed n it started itching so I came into the bathroom n shaved. I’ve asked many people but none knows what it is. Plsss any advice would help
