BV won’t go away😢

I posted about this before but didn’t get any replies. I feel sick and disgusted with myself. I got BV after taking penicillin. I was prescribed the pills to cure it and it didn’t work, then my doctor gave me the vaginal ointment. I just finished the course of it and still didn’t work. I just want it gone 😢 I started probiotics when I very first had it, changed my diet. I hate feeling like this. any suggestions?
